Paying $$$ for Information about bypassing google places postcard verification

If you know your way around Google places I am willing to pay for a 30 - 60 minute consultation over Skype or phone.

If you have any New information about obtaining phone verification from Google places, I willing to pay for it. NOW... I'm not a newbie at this game, and I am not interested in year old tactics. I'll pay double- there was a guy on Fiverr selling phone verification for $150 a listing. Of course he doesn't reveal the method though.
