Is there are software that jumbles up words & phrases?

Lets say I want 10 different variation of words from a 1000 list of words.Is there are software that jumble up those words so that I get 10 different words in a group everytime.If that makes sense.Thanks

Try doing a search for content mixer here on BHW. I think its what you are looking for. :)

actually im not looking to create articles its just that i want a software that chooses a different group of words from a list everytime.using it for tags.hope it is clearer :D
 
I think the Best Spinner will allow you to set parameters to do this.
