Can anyone give me an insight on what is the best tool for web 2.0 account creation and post the article for you on the web 2.0 property (eg. squidoo)?

I know about xrummer, se nuke, ubot, zennoposter.

Can anyone give any insight on which tool can make someone life easier of making web 2.0 properties and such>?

You mentioned a few tools that support web 2.0 creation so why not review all of them, purchase the perfect one that suits your needs and get to work with it?
 
I really like Linkwheelbandit so far, while it's not as good as SEnukeX for planning out a full strategy and implementing, it's VERY automatic, it does everything for you. I leave it running 24/7 on my VPS, it's the bomb.

In UBot 4.0, we have created some pretty awesome AI and there's a video demonstrating it.

Basically, it lets you make a simple account creation script and then simply change the URL and use the same script. Universal account creation. Probably take about ten minutes to set up, then just add in a list of URLs and loop it.

If you have any questions just let me know, but if you're looking to create a lot of accounts, or create them on a lot of sites, try it out :)

Me myself like VenomSEO PRO but then, I am an affiliate, so I been playing around a lot with it and know it inside out. There are a lot of good software out there today which handle Web 2.0. I suggest you download some trials and see for yourself.

ZennoPoster definitely makes your life easier if you are in black hat or IM.
