The main targeted keyword should be prominently placed but not overly used keep it to (4-5%) Then submit the RSS feeds to relevant blog directories. Focus on the link building things.

First of all, the domain is your keyword? Have you researched well? Is it easy to rank for, enough searches? If so, then start link building, you can purchase some services for backlinks, there are many good ones. If you cannot affordm you can do blog commenting yourself manually, build web 2.0 backlinks, article directory submission etc.

Guest Blogging is also useful and easy.
