xrumer machine

i own xrumer and i have a dedicated server for him which i would like to replace,

currently i am running 180 threads/sec and i wish to run more,

can any one (who run more the 180) tell me what kind of server i need to buy?

and what kind of hosting do i need (bandwidth and up/down time)
