Honestly Confused About What I should Do To Make Money Online

Threads like these are just a bad idea, unless you want to be flamed to death.
However, the amount of ways to make money online are limitless. You just need to put in the effort. You can't just expect everything to be given to you.
If you have skills, sell them. If you don't then learn new skills. Make a site and monetize it. Use adsense and cpa. Become a writer or a poster.
Put in some effort and you will see results. If you are looking for easy money it isn't going to happen.

I wish I had stuff to make me creative, I was pursuing 8 micro sites and 1 main website in Plastic surgery topics, then after careful determination I figured out that even being on page 1 of gaggle would not get enough traffic so that a surgeon rents the site from me or actually all the sites.

Ok bro before the flame throwers come out 
cos thats all this type of thread will get you...i felt like you when i joined here but then i took a step back after suffering a massive dose of information overload and not been able to get any method to work...i saw that the problem wasn't with the methods but rather the issue was with my inability to take a method work on it long enough to get the juice flowing.
So go to the money making session pick a method work it...if it drops juice then squeeze it some more...
Trust me bro there are nuggets and chunks of information on this forum but you've got to really do the work and come to the forum with more specific questions and then you might get some people with more knowledge coming forward to help.
Tell you what bro i took an offline marketing that someone discussed here and started this in my local community with my rusty script and i have 4 businesses signing up for the service for one month and im currently working on improving my pitch.
Take a method that was given for x project and see if it can work on y etc...etc...
