Can blackhat backlinking to an inner page get the domain sandboxed?

I have an ecommerce site with a number of inner pages that I'd like to rank for different keywords. I want to try and test out different methods for different inner pages.

I was wondering... if I use blackhat methods on an inner page (e.g. excessive xrumer blasts), can that penalize the whole domain and get it sandboxed?
