And I can't figure out how to refund him without having to wait until time expires and him canceling. Is there a better way of doing this, I can't find it anywhere on fiverr.

Open that order and find "Got Problems?" button right next to the "Deliver Completed Work" button. Then select the "Request Cancellation" and that's pretty much it.

P.S. You can also choose the "Force Cancel Order" option but it will have a negative effect on your Fiverr rating so choose wisely.

yeah, just do the mutual cancel, your customer will appreciate it

do not do force cancel it gives negative reviews do a mutual one and tell the buyer to accept it

its pretty easy
