Scrapebox help, 150k blast

I am in the middle of a sb 300k blast and im a tad over 150k done but it's taken 1000min so far. I'm running this from my vps server. I have 100 connections but it seems real slow. Any tips ? Private proxies from squid proxies btw.

What I've noticed is that a quality list doesn't take long to compete.. If its a raw list you've just harvested or the ones on the forum, itll take a while.

Well how much I need to have a good list for scrapebox blast

and where from I will get one reliable list from?
