If you have porn traffic with keywords that include specific name, for example "Jenna Jameson movie" etc, then you should direct that traffic to a landing page specifically created for that actress.
Example:

You have Krystal Steel traffic, if you send it to http://krystalsteal.com/ you convert atleast 4 times more (Ive tested) than if you just send it to an usual pornsite.

You can sign up as an affiliate at pornstarbucks.com

And you get a 60% recurring payment, thats 18$ a month.
Ive managed to get 436 people to sign up under me in 2 months using free traffic( it took approx 5 weeks to get a website up in SE-d)

Ive only done this with one star so far but getting more into it. (watching movies to discover potential stars )

This is not new but for some reason its not widely used.

it has 500 monthly searches in msn, I think about 2500 in total including yahoo ang google.
You can get it listed pretty easily (go and type "jenna jameson virtual sex" and see who are you competing with, not so much competition anymore).

It may take ages but when you get to 1000 recurring members it feels pretty good.

Also, I worked in the adult biz for a long time. There are still some programs out there paying on free joins. Rev shares are almost always a waste of time unless you get lucky and sign people up who dont look at their CC statement.

I am starting to dabble in adult again and get in touch with old friends that run the bigger programs. I will see about getting some good per signup deals for people if I can get the referral. You most likely get $20 or $25 on a free signup.

I know them well. 436 joins on a new site is really good. I think you will find quickly that most of those will not rebill and you will make more money going to the per sign up program. The retention on adult sites for the most part is crap. I will say from an affiliate managers point of view, you my friend are a dream come true. SE pornstar traffic is some of the best retention but those people quickly find out that once inside, the majority of those sites are the same recycled content and all the members areas are pretty much the same. Excuse my language but its get in, get off, get out. Also, unless things have changed, those rev shares ding you for the charge backs as well, I might be off on that but I don't think so.

It used to be that some places, karasxxx.com for example would pay $50 on a trial because so much money was made on upsells, cross sells, per minute charges, and exits (maxcash put one of my sites at the very end of a 6 site exit path and still sent us 100 joins a day) from inside the members area, but porn is so saturated that no one can afford to pay more than $35 on a paid trial anymore. The standard rebill is around 50% on each cycle if you are lucky, and if you are retaining members for 90 days you are doing really well.

I am going to ask some friends tonight what the best paying and converting programs are currently and post it for anyone who is interested.

I'm currently building a site that is aimed at getting SE traffic for these specific models/porn stars. It's building up pretty good, around 1k uniques/day for the whole group so far.

But I'm afraid it's true what BuzzKill said, the golden days of porn are over.

Real interesting stuff. I got out of adult biz around 2002 or so and have been thinking of jumping back in. I didn't realize that there was still some aff programs paying decently for free signups that aren't scams.....looking forward to some more posts on this.
