I would AMR for both money site and linkwheel spokes etc. But i would use different accounts for each.

I blast both my money site and other tier 1, tier 2 properties. If my money site is a free blog or something that I blast it with everything I got. If it ranks, great, if not I'll build a hundred more free blogs hehe

What I would recomand doing is creating linkwheel,blast the link wheel and then slowly blast your site like 100 article submisions a day.

I've done it before and it didn't hurt my site. But I normally do it to my web 2.0's
