I want to create a niche on a certain amazon product and want to link it in my blog. How do I get credit for get referrals just for that specific item?

You sign up at Amazon and copy paste the tracking code onto your site.

Do you think it is a good idea to promote a thousand dollar product (For example, a gaming laptop) and to get amazon comission to make over $100 a day from 2 sales a day? Is this realistic?

Go to associates.amazon.com and signup.


Amazon doesn't pay 10% on sales with the exception of mp3, VOD and few other low priced items. Their commission is based on performance. It will start with 4% and as you sell more products your commission will be raised.

Oh I see. Anyway, is it a good idea to do some KW research on a certain product and focus it with Amazon affiliate (Say a nice gaming laptop)?
