Google Ruining My Business!!

Hi guys

My business has lost all its 6 positive reviews that it had. I had 8 in total, two from "around the internet" i.e. Yelp etc and 6 from long standing customers.

Now all the independant reviews have disappeared from my Google Place page. Its actaully quite annoying and this will make my business suffer as it was the main feature that stood me out from thhe crowed in the top ten rankings of the search, as everyone else had only one or two reviews where I had 8 plus the 5 golden stars!

All my reviews took years to build up. They where created via very hard work, great skill and great customer service and back up service. Now its all been wiped out!

All the reviews where positive and from REAL clients of mine! I have all thier contact details to prove this but I do not want to ask them to review my business AGAIN as this will come across as unprofessional and if i go from 2 reviews to 8 reviews over night google will think I am tricky the system.

Can someone please help!

Post your page and I'd be happy to write you a great review. If it means that much to you, it's not difficult to acrue 5+ postitive reviews.
 
contact google and tell them your case.

another option is that since your in BHW, pay someone so make some citation and reviews.

the advice above is correct (I just wouldn't bother contacting them, I'm sure Bert n Ernie run it anyways)
 
If a few reviews simply not showing up is ruining your business, you have much larger issues to deal with.

really sorry about that, you sound really hurt, wish there was something i could do, but try reaching google support on the phone, there might be a reason.
 
You could just get 6 people to repost the reviews Google's deleted, shouldn't raise to many flags if you space it out a bit.
 
Have someone post a review for you every month or so +/- 8 days so its not consistent. Make sure the info looks legit, like the name, address, etc, etc, etc.
Or you can even ask your customers if you can re-post as them to replenish the reviews.
