After you post comments on scrapebox, do you ping the url that you commented on or the domain? Which is more effective?

I usually just leave them, chances are the pages are filled with lots of other comments too and they will usually already be being pinged the hell out of by someone else

That's true but some of my comments are on the page noone commented before

I always ping my links after submission. But use something else than SB, because SB takes forever to ping all your links.

http://linklicious.me/ might be relevant for you. I like them - they save me for a lot of time.
