does this still work with the new alexa rank system?

I have been trying it and have not seen results or any hits to my sites

Does anyone have a link to the last accessdiver file? Their site seems to be down.

Also... anyone done this lately? Still work?

It still works. Of course it depends on what and where you're trying to do it at. PRStorm and/or this can have the same effect. Everything is trial and error, you have to test to see if it works where you're trying to increase your hits.

As for the Alexa question, I don't know, I never really used it for Alexa ranking. I used it for everything else except that. For Alexa ranking I just use the Alexa toolbar and visit my own sites several times a day. I've never really worried about Alexa ranking though.

Just type in Access Diver into google there are plenty of sites with mirrors (they might not be the latest version but they still work).

This method doesn't effects the alexa ranking. You are getting more "proxy" visitors after you leaved this method.
Proxy softwares are generally used for logging the traffic. They are pinging the previously visited sites to check if the site is still working.
You can only use this method to increase your stats. This may help you to sell your ad places for higher $s. That's all.

Ok, here is something I just set up. I don't know if it will work... but lets give it a shot and as always if you have feedback to help others bring it on.

Using the hit tool that was so graciously shared by MaestroDelWeb this is what I am going to try.

1. go to ezine articles or whatever article site you choose.

2. pull up every category that you want articles listed in and see what the number of views it takes to be in the top 10.

3. pull the direct links to "your own articles" on that site and place them into the rank enhancer software

4. tell the rank enhancer software to visit your articles at random (rotate all URL's).

5. you want the software to hit your articles like natural growth so here is what I did.

lets say you have 25 articles on ezine articles, you don't want to hit every article every hour so I am going to shoot for 35%. What?

do this, where it says "user per hour" put in a number that is 35% of the total number of articles you want to hit. for example if you have 25 articles you want to hit 9 per hour at random... so choose rotate all urls.

Now if I am understanding this correctly the software will hit 9 articles per hour rotating the URL's (articles). so it will look more like natural growth.

6. Now you don't want to get greedy here you just want all of your articles to show up in the top 10 most viewed for the category they are in.

So lets choose a category for fun...

pets...
exotics...

the first article here (at the time I wrote this) was...

anyway... click on that article... scroll to the bottom of the page and the top viewed article for the last 90 days is ...

Exotic an*imals 4 sale and it has been viewed 1532 times

the number 10 article for the last 90 days is...

Keeping a tar*antu*la as a p3t and it has been viewed 195 times.

our goal is to end up somewhere between these 2 articles.

so turn on the rank enhancer software and let it run in the background until your articles have been hit enough to land in the top 10 or top 5.

then re write all of your articles using one of the various article re-writers and submit all of your articles to every article directory you can find.

add the direct links to your rank enhancer software and let the program slowly work its magic.

I would think that in 90 days all of your articles would be in the top 10 on every site you submited to and you would have more targeted traffic than you could imagine.

GEEZ... I hope I am right about this...
