what would be the benefit of inflating myspace profile views? I'm just wondering, does that get your profile in a better position on searches or anything?

I am getting for example:

But the statistics of my site are still the same, same amount of visitors.

This method works wonders Just make sure you have enough bandwidth - I managed to waste 2 gig of traffic with this approach in a single day I will now create a text only small page that I will use to send traffic to reduce the use of the bandwidth.

Wow!!! 7788 downloads of the files I put up and under 1500 views to this thread. Hmmm...someone is sharing the files somewhere else.

To make whatever you're doing appear more popular than it really is.

OK, I understand that you're basically using proxies / IFaker clone to generate fake hits / higher visitor stats on eBay to your pages. But how does that increase the regular / real / human visitors to your auctions? Does eBay give you more prominence on their site because of the higher visitor rate?

Or maybe someone stole your idea, hacked it up a bit, re wrote a few paragraphs, added some stuff, made it into an ebook and selling it God knows where. I wouldn't be surprised.

Great post - I've been using this method for almost a year now - use it with i-faker and alexa booster - never used it long enough on the same site but most of the site I use it on have an alexa ranking of around 300,000 - 400,000 this time I'm gonna use it a lot more and try and get under the 100,000 mark

WOW - I just got a temp ban by my hosting company...
I left it on for about 2hrs at max traffic - went to sleep and got woken up by my hosting company...they actually called me to tell me they put a ban on my account - I have no idea what else they were saying coz I was way to tired to listen...
Just checked my email and saw this...

vze2yqtm, I'm new to the site but I have a very extensive background with this kinda thing, and I just want to say... man, I never even considered somthing like this. It's one of those Homer Simpson moments... DOH!!!

I can't BELIEVE I never considered something like this!! My head is spinning with the possibilities of this. So many opportunities for this..! I need to start testing!

Also, who ever it was that mentioned the traffic exchange scripts, you are dead on. I'm going to implement this and see what kind of results I can get.

For those interested, what I am going to do with this is set the list of proxy servers to redirect to partner sites that I am doing traffic exchanges with after hitting my site, so that they can see the traffic is being referred by my site.
