Help with Excel.

Hello, recently while lurking on these forums I found people would use Macros which loaded usernames/passwords from Excel. They said they used 1000's of usernames, and I doubt they would do that by hand. But, me being a total nub, I have no idea how to do this. How would I create something in excel that would do that? (that is, automatically create account names/passwords.)

Bear with me, I am also a total noob who knows basically nothing about programming/coding. You guys seem like a friendly bunch so I think you can help me.

You can use zennoposter (i used it). Its good to automate a lot of things
 
Excel is a steep learning curve. If you want to go down this route look on newsbin for the Lynda . com tutorials......
