Anyone knows how to make google display sitelinks that I want?

It's all up to Google to give you sitelinks in the first place, then I think you can manage them. I don't know much about them, but I've read if you implement a clear navigational and linking structure on your site, you'll have a much higher chance of getting sitelinks. An example of this is:

Anny's Antique Shop > 1980's Antiques > Tea Kettles > Scandinavian Tea Kettle & Cup Set

All of those would be links, but the brackets are not. This would likely go near the main title of your page. So if you had big bold text for the product page saying "Scandinavian Tea Kettle & Cup Set," you would implement this linking progression HTML somewhere near that. That apparently ups your chance of getting sitelinks.

I am not clear about your question. Please give more info.

One of my sites has just gained "sitelinks" so I know something of how they work.

The sitelinks are shown in G Webmaster Tools. There you can indicate which ones you DO NOT want to be shown but there is no ability to suggest any that you want shown.

As stated above it is a decision of some algorithm as to whether your site qualifies and what sitelinks are deemed appropriate. The way you influence it is through site structure.

For my site the suggested sitelinks were the most popular permanent links in the sidebar.

Thanks all, I know all this.

The domain I am working on is showing 8 sitelinks, 3 of them are okej, other 5 are totaly irelevant.
I know that I can block them, but does anyone have any idea why google picked them, what can I do so google picks the ones I need :)

@Quadratic

what do you mean by most popular?
traffic or links or something else?

Google picks your sitelinks based on pages they deem more popular. It's probably a combination of traffic (percentage of that page's traffic w.r.t. to the whole website), content, bounce rate, call-to-action, and other factors. If you want to remove a specific sitelink, just block it but you have no real way of knowing which pages are going to get picked next yet since even existing sitelinks can change.

I cannot see a foolproof logic as to why these pages have been selected - it is probably a combination of factors as madara1234 said.

The sitelinks I have are amongst the higher PR pages on the site - but some high PR pages are not included

They are mostly at the top of the sidebar navigation, but a couple are lower in the sidebar

They have a high percentage of traffic from bigG but again a couple of high traffic pages are not included.

Overall if you asked me to predict which pages would have been selected as a combination of ranking, traffic, quality content and usefulness I would have picked 90% of these.
