I owe some money on one adwords account so I decided to start a new one. After I started a new one with a promotional code on a new site I made, my adwords account was suspended the next day and the site was delisted. Has me not paying for my previous adwords account have anything to do with this? I have 10 autoblogs and this was the only one delisted. I do everything the same on all of them.

Well, no matter how they tracked me down, the point is they delisted the site that I was going to use with the Adwords account. I am curious what would happen if i sign up for a 3rd account and add a competititors URL to adwords.
