Try to do a search for property south beach check out the site that says fxrealty and gatorfever . there ranking higher than any one else just cause of <strong> Anchor text after i did a back link search on them . Also let me add that theres nothing on the page at all looks like there host suspended them it its been like this for a month . They have a few back links.

SO SPEED IS KEY IN GETTING YOUR SITE RANK TO THE TOP More than title or description is what I am noticing.
