Is there such thing as guaranteed signups? Im talking "non scammers"..."real Legitimate one's"...any services or recommendations?.....I mean, if there actually is such a service that does exist. Still/new/,/cant P.-M.-

I can get you 100 real signups for about $60, I have tested them myself on CPA offers so I know they work =)
and if you dont need that many check fiverr

But they have to be free to sign up too :)

There is a new website for people looking to trade signups with other affiliates (you complete their offer in exchange for them completing your offer). Like I said the site is new and it is 100% free for the first 100 members to join (the more members that join the better, so they are working hard to build the network up).

I have tried powersignups and it didn't work for me (it really depends on what kind of leads you are looking for though). Any of the services that allow you to login and check your stats and provide email addresses all seem to be a scam though. I purchased a year or so ago and they showed 50 leads delivered but my CPA network saw zero.

No problem. If you want to buy leads send me a PM and I will give you the URL of the ONLY company I have ever purchased from that actually delivered. They have poor customer service and sometimes take 4 days to start a campaign but they really get the job done.
