Scrapebox, private proxy or dinamic ip ?

I bought the private proxies recommeded by Scrapebox, and they are crashing many times per day ( the ten that I bought ) .
And the public proxies sucks.
What about using a dinamic ip ? what trouble could it give me ? I am not located in USA.
