For example Im targeting a keyword, product name ABC

I choose to target two variations of it.
1)ABC
2)ABC book

I just use these 2 as my anchor texts.

But in my Title and description tag of my website I include the term ABC review.I also include them in the posts.

Will I rank for "ABC review" in the long run? I saw my competitors only targeting those 2 keywords and they rank in top positions for terms like ABC reviews etc.I use SEOspyglass to check their anchor text and they dont focus on that term.I apologized if this has been asked before.Really new to this.

Thanks

You will rank somewhere for ABC reviews (ie you will probably come up in the serps somewhere between 1 and 1000 unless it's a competitive niche) but most probably not as highly as you would if you had made a dedicated page for the keyphrase and got some good anchor text links for it.

In on pos 10 and 20 for those keywords.but for the term "review" I'm way back.I also saw my competitors on page seo is does not really focus on that term. Is it good to use "abc review" as my anchor text now or wait for my 2 main keywords to rank much higher?

If you want to rank for abc review then make a dedicated page for it, get good backlinks and SEO as normal. Anything with "review" in it will be competitive for any half decent product because it's a buyer keyword - people are already presold on the product and are looking for reviews before they buy.
