USA exact searches: 30k+
"keyword" search results: 300k+
First 4 results are from THE official website of the product.

Exact match not available but it's not a problem. I will add a letter.
I want to use CPA offers.
 
exact searches of 30k with 300k results on google looks good to me, also competition is low.
I think its a good one, but do confirm again that 30k is exact and not broad!:)
 
It looks pretty good to go. Trouble is outranking the official site is going to be difficult I think and even if you do people may actually be more inclined to click on the official site rather than yours if the official site maintains 2 position.

It actually maintains 4 spots, at least position 2 is doable i think.
 
Tbh getting placed between the official site at 1 and 3 could actually work in your favor. I'd say definately give it a go.

If you reach #2, you are fine, but ranking below #5 is not gonna give you expected traffic. Hardly you will get around 10 unique visitors per day from the main keyword. If you target some long tail for that keyword, you can expect around 20 unique visits...I had one site ranking #6 for the main keyword( exact search 18k) and the first 4 spot occupied by official site. I got around 10 to 15 visits per day( 2 or 3 visits from main keyword and the rest from long tails). So I never go for a keyword if the official site is already there in top spots....
 
OHH i forgot one thing, i want to include the product name in domain name, should be any copyright complaints ?

Of course, there is risk involved here. It depends upon the product company and how serious and active they are when it comes to copyright infringement. Usually I go to Google and search like "product name copyright infringement" to see any previous infringement cases and domain seize.

Some companies won't raise any concern as you are actually promoting their brand and product, but if they sell their product online and you outrank them, most companies will try to take you down.
 
Can i promote the keyword (free "product name") and have it in domain name without copyright problems ?
