Rss submitting

Hi guys , just a silly question , i have 40 rss feeds i have just submitted , using rss submitt , now the first silly question , does rss submitt also ping the submitted feeds automatically , or do i feed them into a pinger ? , also , how often should i submitt the feeds ? , every x amount of days ? , once a week ? , any feedback is welcome , thanks pete

I would do it everyweek or so, and RSS is a form of Pingning. All i do is RSS submissions, and all my links seem to index with great results. I wish you the best of luck

Unfortunately Google doesn't care for RSS feeds much and typically won't crawl the links inside. We were all over the RSS bandwagon when we started Linklicious.me, but when we started automating the process we tracked crawls and found Google almost never crawls the interior links.

If you want to maximize RSS feeds you need to build links to them. Or the alternative is to ping the links inside (which is what Linklicious does).
