bookmarking tutorial

Hey Guys,

Can anyone point me at a good tutorial for mass bookmarking?
Im thinking about building my own bot but want to know the best technique on bookmarking? how often? time delays? etc ...

I dont want to be pulled up for any forms of spamming or risk my accounts gettting banned?
