Looking to expand my business online

I do women fashion, I want to expand my business online but I know nothing about website building, I have always used wordpress for landing pages when I was doing IM and thats about it. I checked out some of these eCommerce wordpress themes and addons but I don't think they are powerful enough for my business. An example is I can't even find one that supports visa and master card, its vital to build a site that accept these because I'll be using a offshore merchant account. Another thing I would like is for my customers to track shipping, no idea how to integrate that into a website so I would like it to be prebuild.

Any idea on how I should start my site? Wordpress + plugins, eCommerce cms? Are there sites and product I should know about? I'm a complete noob at this, any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

For less pain and headaches if you are serious about your business and you want it to grow get it down by a professional. The cheapest I've seen for a decent ecommerce is $1000.

hire a professional to do the stuff for you.....it'd be a torture if you try ti di yourself without much knowledge

I want to test the water first before I spend any big money.
