That is difficult to say actually. If you see any comment section which allows HTML inside it is most likely do-follow..For example, Drupal blogs are do-follow by default and allows HTML inside comment section.

Great share! I am new to footprints. How about finding blogs which are non wordpress and open for comments without captcha!
Which footprint do you think can find them.

is it correct?

Is there a way to leave links in comments at squidoo? If so any footprints to scrape them?

I was just thinking about it and IMO the footprint will be
site:squidoo.com "YOUR KEYWORD" "Add your comment"

It needs captcha solving !

Another technique would be to use the outbound link checker and keep the ones with over 300 external links, in theory those should be autoapprove as well
 
Hello there, I've found this post information helpful for me. I think all of those blog comments and other linkbuilding codes are very helpful to find quality links. So keep up allocation.
