My Scrapebox Stopped Working - Grrrrrrrr

My scrapebox is not working and it?s stating that I have no valid licence.


The only thing that I can think of is that I have not used it for over 3 weeks, but I doubt inactivity would of disabled it.


I usually use it every day but I?ve been busy lately and I really want to use it now to scrape 200,000 url?s while I sleep.


I?ve tried to reactivate it, and I?ve even tried to contact them at scrapebox.com/contact-us


It?s been 6 hours and no response. Its past 01:00 and I really want to go to sleep.



My renewal is in May, and I really wish there was an alternative to scrapebox. I would actually pay double not to get these problems. It happens every time I reinstall my computer, and I had to wait 24 hours last time.


Anyway, end of rant. I'm still frustrated.

Scrapebox is a one time purchase - I do not know what renewal you are referring too....

Second, hit "Activate" and put in your payment details. Scrapebox does not recogonize your computer and the license needs to be re-activated for it. You need to have patience with the people - They will get back to you when they have the time. If you want a alternative, there are other methods you can use instead of Scrapebox in the mean time. Either way, you are not getting anything done today so stop worrying about it.

I've yet to find any other tool that can scrape the pagerank of 200,000 domains.

I made ScrapeGoo which can check the PageRank of 20,000 websites, although it still take a while since it's single socketed. I'll be home in 4 hours (by 1AM CST).

ScrapeGoo will check the PageRank with a PHP page that you upload to your own server, so the pagerank check and speed depend on your server. It costs $35 but since this is an emergency and you can't really sleep on it I'll sell you a review copy when I get home at 1 for $20.

Sorry I wasn't specific enough. You won't have to wake up at all after you load the list and start scanning because there is no limit. The only limit is your CPU power when loading millions of websites (multiple-MB files).

I've just realized that it's probably my fault that it stopped working as i changed the router 2 weeks ago.

Maybe not, I don't know, I drink to much, I'm going to bed.
 
What is the URL of scrapegoo? I can't find it anywhere.
 
1. Send email to scrapebox support

2. Depending on your method of payment, check to see whether or not the payment made by you has been reversed.
