Deindexed in Webmaster tools

Hi,

Few days back i blasted my site with 10,000 auto approve list. Webmaster tools doesn't show any new links but it showing my site as deindex

But when i m typing Site:mywebsite.com in google it shows all indexed pages.

I don't understand why webmaster tools is acting weird.

It did this to one of my sites earlier; I just simply resubmitted the sitemap and about half an hour later, my pages were shown as in the web index again. I wouldn't read too much into it.

One of my sites did this, this AM too. However a site:domain.com search reveals I still have over 20K pages and 15K images indexed.

But I am indexed , and I'm climbing the ranks higher..

same problem here...0 url's indexed in webmaster tool.my site went from#5 to nowhere.

I had this problem once. Before I got worried, the next time I checked again in several hours it magically got fixed by itself. Don't worry, it will get fixed, unless you did something terribly wrong of which only you know.

lol I'm glad I came across this thread... I just checked one of my sites on a whim, all of my pages were deindexed except the main page.

I KNEW mucking around with my htaccess file a few weeks ago was a bad idea!

Webmaster tools is generally unreliable. For example, the search stats show in Webmaster Tools bear very little relation to the stats for the same site as seen by Google Analytics. I would use Webmaster Tools as a guide, but wouldn't worry too much about weird things happening...they just go with the territory.

Happened to me as well, if your site shows up when you put site:yoursite in google, then it's not deindexed. Just resubmit the sitemap and you will be fine.

its gwt lag. sometimes it shows 0 backlinks.
