How much should i charge? GP account to any address

I think about starting service selling GP accounts. I can make to any address in no time. I know now lots of people having problem with the only postcard verification in GP take weeks (if you want to listing to address what not really belongs to you ,more difficult) not . So what is the fair price for this service?
