Ive done good seo but mainly links are no follow.

You are simply not looking hard enough. Seriously if you wanted to promote check blackhat seo section. I know there is alot of scrapebox/xrumer but if you look at service section you will see alot of people doing various service for money (most method of promoting)

Without Scrapebox/XR, you can't get A LOT of do-follow links. These tools are real gems

But to you question,
1. Articles
2. Web 2.0s
3. Link Exchange with other bloggers
4. Guest posts on high PR blogs (Related to your niche)
5. Paid services
