Scrapebox FARM on one dedi. Possible? Your thoughts please

Hey all.

I need some advice here.

I got a client who wants me to create 1.5M blogcomments in a week for this persons websites.

Now my plan is not to use my current vps servers for this, or rent another bunch from xsserver. I THINK im cheaper off with a dedi for this one.

Have to build aprox 250k per day, and i want to spread this over 15 copies of scrapebox.
I need unlimited bandwidth ( i think ), and a SB friendly effin fast server.

Dont have any experiences with a dedi, hell i run xrumer on a vps for years...

Any recommendations, or your thoughts on this one?

You need a server with 1gbps dedicated bandwidth. They're quite expensive ($1000-ish). The server specs are not very important as SB is quite low on resources. A 1gbps server should be able to handle about 800+ threads in total. That should give you roughly 800+ comments per second unless SB isn't properly built to handle multi-threaded posting optimally. 800 comments/sec = 2,880,000 comments per hour. For 250k/day it means 3/second. Even a regular VPS with shared bandwidth should handle this if SB is optimized for multi-threaded posting. Not just do it multithreaded but do it optimally. From PHP with an optimized script I can achieve the figures above. If scrapebox can do it that fast is another question. I see it has a max limit for number of threads of up to 500 threads.

Thanks for the feedback, really appreciated.

Price for that dedi would be ofcourse charged to the client trough me, but knowing this persons budget for this project i doubt a green light when i put another k on it. So this could be the biggest problem.

On the other hand i would not mind buying another couple of licenses and a few vps servers and go from there. We discuss the option of cut it back to 2/3 larger blasts a week instead of daily wich cuts my work also and gives me a bit more 'freedom' in my schedule.

I suppose i could start from there, and if doesnt work out that well on those new servers with speed etc i alsways use my other vps servers to finish the job if neccesary.

Speed isnt too important on this one either, so i could cut things back to the amount of threads a couple of copies work good on one VPS.

Lol lol thanks for the tip , been using SB from a week and just set up SB on a VPS last night , so that means now i need to focus on learning to steal backlinks i watched a bit of valentine's vids on the topic but couldn't keep up with him cause at that time i had just bought SB , will watch them again and can u link me to a written tut on how to do this?
