need help on how to get/attract client for local SEO

i want to implement local SEO in our area, i have some websites that rank well in top 3 for local services.

my problem now is, how to find client or local biz to offer the website and SEO service.

i admin i'm not good on PR, but if you can help me sort out the best strategy that i can use...i'll be greatly appreciate it..

I have the same problem, what I can suggest for you is to find companies that have bad reputations and reviews online and approach them. You will get their attention if you tell them how they got bad reviews.

Perhaps try sending out post cards with a special limited time offer. You can also try direct sales via phone or harvesting their email addresses and emailing them about how you can help improve their business.
