Lot of out outbound links in my article.. does it hurt SEO?
I wrote a looong tutorial post on my blog (it's a how-to article) and there's tons of links pointing outside sources just to help the reader. I've set all my links as no-follow.
Does large amount of links pointing out hurt the articles SEO value? Even if they're no-follow?

Don't worry about it.
A *LARGE* amount of outgoing links indeed hurts you SEO-wise, but by large I mean literally enough links that your site would be considered a link farm.
Linking out to relevant content won't hurt your rankings. As a matter of fact it may even _improve_ your rankings as linking out to other sites is perfectly natural, especially in case of blogs.
Just make sure that you avoid linking to "dodgy" sites.

I will use the situation now and will ask you too , I am going to add on my website a lot of info about restaurants , nightclubs from all over the world . I want to add the links to their websites too , shall I put them in No-follow or should I use them to earn for example clicking on them (I am sure that many people instead to read my post will want to go directly to their websites (I am speaking about 100K clubs , bars , restaurants (so I speak about 100K external links from my website) . What would you do ? And what does it mean "dodgy" sites?

That is good to know. And I have only handful (well maybe two handfuls) of links to good quality sites so I think I'm ok then.
