software/method to find high pr blogs/etc to post autoprove backlinks

HI,I want to know what software emthod I can use to find my own lists of backlinks that have a high pr,i should be able to filter the list through pr and then filter for autoprove backlinks and then blast these sites with my keywords and url,please help fellas

He wanted to know method , not only tool -
they are right , you should use scrapebox and his addons , add some blog footprint and below your niche keywords , then you get many URLs , remove duplicates , run malware remover , run alive domain addon , run do follow blogs , I don't use scrapebox for commenting , only for footprint searches , alive , malware searches so maybe I am wrong , xrumer or scrapebox users will correct me if this is enough or not.
