does high pr backlinks guarantee better psoition?

im in the middle of paying someone to create backlinks in a blog with my keywords anchor,one pr9 link,5pr8,50pr7,100pr6,200pr5,200pr4,200pr3,200pr2. half od the link will be in related industry blogs,do you think this will boost my site and help it to getter a better google position?only reason im asking is because he wants quite a lot of money for this

Nothing is guaranteed with google. Also be sure they are permanent links before you pay a lot for them. If he is not on the level, he can just delete the links later and sell the spots to someone else after you pay him. How much is the price he is charging? If you want to know if its worth it, just tell us how much the guy is charging.
 
Are these blog comment links or content links? The links will definitely help but I'm finding that profile links and blog commenting links just don't carry the weight they used to. I'm also not seeing much of a difference between high PR backlinks and low PR backlinks when it comes to blog commenting.
 
how can i check if they are permanent backlinks?They should give me some boost or traffic atleast right?Also we agreed that there wouldnt be more than 50 links on the blogs he will post on. $750 total including some basic onsite SEO

i dont know,what the difference between the two?I can ask him what sort of links they will be.also since half will be industry related i should get some more traffic and sales right?

How in the world do I find people like this to give me $750 for a random report of links.

Man seriously, the links can just be footer links in hacked blogs or something, you really need to know exactly what he is giving you before you hand over money like that. Ask for an example of where you can see what the links look like. Ask the URL of the PR9 page because I would be suspicious of that.

To me it sounds like he is going to be giving you xrumer profile backlinks on PR9 ROOT DOMAIN page, and not the actual page your link goes on. I just don't see how he is getting you a PR9 backlink which would be permanent. As for an example page where you can see someone link LIVE, and then check the page rank of the actual page url, not the root domain.

dont worry bro im not paying right now,i just thought i would get a quote from someone to see what would be the price. Il def look more into the different types of backlinks on blogs and which ones are the best. What if i say to him that I will pay him half when finished and half after 5/6 months if the links are still there and valid,what do you think to that?im still really new to this SEO thing

About which High PR Backlinks are you talking about.

The High PR Profile Links ( Domain PR ) or
High PR Blog comment links ( do follow and Site PR ) ?

You can get this same service for $100 here on BHW I am pretty sure of that. He must be doing only xrumer links or something similar. Even IF he delivers the service to you, you might not see any benefit at all in the google rankings, and no increase in traffic.

Think to yourself: What would you feel if he did the service, and saw NO improvement. If you are only looking for increase in traffic and rankings, you find easily find someone on this site to GUARANTEE you increase in google rankings and traffic for less money, depending on your keywords you target.

The only question you need to ask him is this: Show me where the PR9 backlink will be. Because if he can't answer that, obviously he is not providing the legit service. A PR9 backlink would have to be like the front page of Wikipedia as an example. Do you think he is providing that to you?
 
ah i see what you are saying,i know now i need the links to be blog comment with my username of somewhere in the thread my 3 keywords hyperlinked to my site. I see what you are saying about the pr9 link. I really do need this service badly,do you know who on here can prpovide thatn for $100,i dont want xrumer blackhat links,strictly whitehat only
 
Contextual links are your best bet for quality and SERP results, especially after the new G@@GLE algo change. try article submisions like

I paid for some high PR blog comments and it did nothing for me. Think about it, if the blog has 50 ext links then divide that webpage link juice by 50. Now what is the actual link juice that makes it to your website ???.
