How Can I Find Out If My Site Has Been Sandboxed?

Sorry but noob quetion
My website rank well but due to Profiles and Blog it disappear from main keyword and sub-keywords at the same time + traffic down to 60%
Is it sandbox or just wait for 1 week ? Normally I never ask such questions but i need expert reviews

Sounds like a google dance.. happens quite often. Keep building links and don't fret.. it'll be back soon. Sometimes a week, sometimes as longer. As long as you did nothing but build links to your site you're fine... meaning you didn't do any onsite changes that google slapped you for.

Thanx for reply .Ya thats the reason y i ask this noob question well i add some tag plugin that show search term on my page and as it grows and one of my keyword density goes to 21% but thats not my main keyword (but add in meta keywords).Is there any method to figure out exact method b/w sandbox effect or dance ?
