Help me start a FREE Adult Cam Site...

I was originally wanting to use wordpress, but I cant find any plugins. Well I found a few but they dont appear to work as well as I would like.

Are there any easy to use scripts that would allow me to start my own adult webcam site. I'd like it to be a lot like WickedCamchat.com maybe a bit more visually appealing. I like how they have video and sound though. The ability to open 10 vids at once and only choose which vids you want to see.

It needs to have a chat style lobby for people to join, not a camgirl style site.

I would also like the ability to have private rooms.
