[Method] How I Harvest High PR Backlinks Using Scrapebox – My Own Twist!

In this thread, I’m gonna show you how I harvest high PR backlinks using a single high PR page. You need a high PR page which allows comments to get started. If you don’t know how to find that, download the same from these threads.

I’m gonna use the below given PR5 no-follow page for demonstration purpose.

Method-1: Harvesting commentators backlinks using their site URL (Basic method)

1. Harvest the commentators URLs using Scrapebox Link Extractor addon
2. Harvest their backlinks using Scrapebox Backlink Checker
3. Filter and remove the pages with high OBL using Scrapebox Outbound Link Checker.
4. Remove duplicates, check PR and remove all the low PR pages.
5. Check each page in the list for comment moderation and do-follow attribute.
6. If they are do-follow and auto-approved, harvest other high PR pages from the same site using “site:” operator
7. If you want to find pages with zero or less comments, follow the instructions given in this thread http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackha...blog-site.html

Method-2: Harvesting commentators backlinks using their username.

Most of the high PR blogs ask for an account registration to post comments so they tend to use same username/password for convenience. So here we are gonna use their username as footprint to harvest their backlinks. A person might be building links for multiple sites owned by him/her so this method would help you to find other sites of a commentator and its backlinks!

Your footprint should be like this:

1. Collect all the commentators username from a page and use the above as custom footprint to harvest high PR pages.
2. Repeat step-4, 5, 6 & 7

Note: The username footprint is not always same so you need to find all the possible combination like this

“Submitted by Amila123”
“Amila123 says”
“by Amila123”

You can use the above as keywords for harvesting. Choose custom footprint and leave the harvester field blank. Check the image below

Method-3: Harvesting commentators backlinks using their generic comments

Some lazy link builders use generic comments thereby leaving footprint to us to harvest their backlinks. This method gives you more high PR backlinks when compare the method-2. Watch the video!

Hi, i currently using that kind of method to find do-fol-low, high pr, low obl backlinks. That was easy to do, but the only problem is whether you can create backlink / comment on that page or not, i usually get about 30 - 40 good specification backlinks like that from one niche, but only 2 or 3 comments live

(i'm not using comment sentence like "nice blog" "good blog" etc... but i read the page first and write some good related comment)

You need to find auto-approved pages

If you follow this method exactly, you will come across many high PR do-follow, auto-approved as I showed in the videos.

How exactly can i check for moderation and do-follow attributes?

to check moderation, simply post a comment and to find do-follow I use a FF add-on. You can download the same from here

Do you go visit each site individually? Or do you post testing comments with scrapebox, check if they're auto approved and then check for d0f0llow?

Here I use SB only for scraping and to check PR. Rest of the things I do manually.

Ah, okay. Good to know, but that must be a lot of work, to post individually on each and every of those high PR sites?

But the tutorial is great, i saw sth. like this earlier on the blueprint youtube channel, but your's is pretty clear and to the point. I'll test and implement it on one of my micro niche sites.

Edit: What PR do you consider high? PR4+ ?

nice, I always ended up with a failed entry for high PR pages coz they are usually not auto approved.

I guess I'll sort all my lists for high PR and comment manually.

Not sure why you are always getting non auto approved pages. Try to scrape from do-follow/auto-approved pages.

What made you to say like that? SB is an excellent tool, if you know how to use it.

and the more methods like this are shared, eventually good "targets" will have outbound links through the roof.making them worthless

And what i dont understand is you scarped 15k links then ran it though the OBC but you aborted it then you loaded into scrapebox. You only checked 300 but you loaded 15k into the harvester. What about the other 14.?k of links which you never checked OBL for. Then after you removed duplicates and got 10k left did you really run though the list of 10k looking for high PR links? It seems you didnt.

Nobody likes watching SB checking OBL or PR for 15k links LOL! I posted videos just to show to you how to do that
