Google is indexing my tags.. should I be worried?

I am using a combination of two autotag plugins for my wordpress site. Separate, these plugins pretty much suck. Together, they suck a bit less. They are pulling out some keywords that don't really relate to the post, but 85% of the tags are good. If I try to delete the tags, the plugins just add them back, so I figure - whatever I'll let them stay. Google is indexing those tags individually and the content is that post content.

Question: Am I getting penalized with duplicate content from my own site? The content is 100% unique as typed by me.

same situation here, also wondering is it good or not to have all those tags indexed.

you should be happy if the tags correspond or are a part of you keywords
