I am currently using Articlebase and clickbank to bring in a solid $100 a week or so. I DO NOT HAVE MY OWN WEBSITE. That means all my sales are off of views to the articles.

Lately, it seems like my articles are ranking lower on search engines. I am currently using a few whitehat methods...
  1. Making Content Keyword Rich
  2. Manual Adding Backlinks (Social Bookmarking and Blog Comments)

I want to know if you guys have any black or white hat methods for me to use? Someone suggested pinging my articles...but I'm not sure how to do that? (I know how to ping blogs, but not articles).

Anyways, any suggestions help! Thanks!

to ping your article copy the url and load up to 590 urls into pingdevice[dot]com

i would also look into linkwheeling with web2.0s pointing to your articles

Blast it with scrapebox daily for a week or 2. Always works for me.

Yeah build links to the articles....but if you had a website....those pages about clickbank products would rank better than a little article.

I dont have scrapebox...I haven't ever invested anything into IM. I dont have a credit card...paypal....or anything. All my profits are generated without investing....

I do not focus on one particular niche though. I write reviews and such for tons of different products....are you suggesting I buy a domain for each product i promote?

Thanks for the info guys!

Get a review site using wordpress templates u can get of the downloads section. Also, make sure you don't scrapebox blast your review site directly or it will most likely get sandboxed.

Get a broad term domain for your general niche. Write review articles like you would normally, but instead of submitting them to article sites, publish it on your domain. For example

Health Niche
Domain name: healthylivings.com
your article is reviewing dark eye bags so your article would be on healthylivings.com/darkeyebags
build links to that url to rank for organic traffic. spin dark eye bag articles and submit to article sites pointing back to darkeyebags url.

This way you can have many products under one general domain. Hope that helps.

Hey, that's what I'm doing! But how do you make sure that the people will land on the actual landingpage and not the homepage...

Sometimes if you use tags, I think people might land on myreviewsite.com instead of myreviewsite/dietproduct.com

etc.

I actually tried doing clickbank with article base. Thought their editorial guidelines are not so strict with respect to affiliate products, personally I havent found these articles to rank particularly well.

Well, perhaps I need to tweak my articles or work on this longer than I have done so far.

But if you have been successful only based on articles, if you are interested, buzz me offline, we can sort your problem of not getting enough links and myself not getting sufficient sales.

BTW congrats on achieving so much without any of the usual IM tools.
