* auto blogging ... install wordpress or get a blogg*er account and purchase/get a auto blogging software and you are set
* create a forum with vbullitin, phpbb, etc .... you'll need to work hard on getting the initial content but after that, its more or less auto-pilot
* setting up a dig*g like site using the pligg template
once again, it all boils down on the niche you choose and how well they are seo-ed
Blog in a box is one, RSS2blog is another, WP-O-matic is another, YACG.
They build your site for you, auto generate the sites/blogs.
The forum one is harder than you think, since there is just as much competition for active members as any other site, and people, it seems to me, are far pickier about their forums than other sites.

That has a very variable answer.
How quickly you can build traffic, is your static, or RSS fed site going to make people want to return, or recommend your site. How many sites you are doing is another thing. Is your SEO work going to keep it in a good position, or will a new black hatter run you to ruin? What is, or are, your niche(s) and is it, or they, going to draw enough traffic to make it worthwhile.
A lot depends what you are doing, for the length of time it could take, and some have spent a lot of time doing things wrong and never have achieved much.
I think you are aiming a little high, myself, but I would get the word of a few others before considering it written in stone.
Reverse the numbers a bit, say $1.00/month with 2,000 sites, and add more monthly.
But it all depends on what niches you choose, the SEO you put in to them, the sites layout, and a few other factors. Heck, you could hit on 20 hot niches and do it, but remember the hot niches change, so you have to keep up with the times.

For such a villain I am criminally underpaid.
the other thing to remember with Adsense is once you start making a bit of money that your sites could well get a human review. Then if you are really unlikely and Google are being mean they could kick you from Adsense completely for breaching their TOS.
Although this doesn't tend to be a problem until you are making over $1k a month or so
