Besides the usual sidereel, digg, propeller, forum sig, feed submission kind of stuff, is there any other ways to promote and get traffic to watch TV/movie online types of sites?

Well you can always buy traffic from cheap sources..

If you have time you can always use youtube (upload watermarket videos to youtube).

Have you submitted to Nabolister yet? Ovguide, youtube, stumbleupon.

Try posting it on other forums and websites where people are looking for that kind of stuff. Like alluc. And some watch movies forums have areas for tv shows too.

And also hanging out on entertainment forums like IMDB is a good idea; people usually ask for links there.

try to get links from posting on very popular movie forums. Sometime the thread will rank high and you get constant traffic from it.

There are so many ideas, you just have to do it and spent a lot of time on it.
