Youtube ban my ip?

One of my main revenue stream is on youtube but today, when i tried to sign up for a new account it says:

Sorry. Based on the information you have submitted to us, you are ineligible to register for YouTube.com.

Am i really banned? I could login with my previous account but.... I don't think they do, though. Maybe i miss some info, but anyone ever received that message? today?

no it means you created an account and chose an age under 18 years old.

Clear the cookies, restart the browser , it should work.

it wouldnt be to bad of an idea to use proxies when making multiple accounts either.

They can ban IP's or deny you new accounts if you have accounts with same emails. I had 3 accounts with same email and one account got suspended, and I couldn't do anything but log in to those other accounts. No uploading, messages, edit account, nothing. I changed IP, made new accounts, but the old ones are dead, I can only log in. The message says all your account privileges have been suspended indefinitely.
