I have a small service company and i have several different urls with seperate website templates to help gain natural search results in google.

The other day both of my url went from #1 and #3 results to about the third page.

I am trying to figure out how and why i have been penalized for this from google and how to fix it.

Both names are hosted on fatcow and have the same IP but so does my friends page which is almost identical to mine but his results are still good in google.

Both of my sites had the same phone number to call- im thinking this is how it was discovered that i owned both sites?

any help with this topic would be greatly appreciatted.
