Is there a software or service out there to generate traffic to a specific site? with the following criteria:

• different unique ip addresses,
• not utilizing proxy's,
• and US traffic only -originating from different states

Well you can go and start building your own.. as for the service there are several if you google it, im not sure about it's legitimacy though

Google Adwords.
MSN Adcenter.
Yahoo Search Marketing.

They're all scammers though, so be careful.
