Hmm. I cant remember if it was skype or msn, but you can make your own smiley for it, theyre doing something special, i cant remember what though. Im gonna apply this idea right there.

I used to do this with a 1x1px transparent gif and wrap a link around it in forums. You can stuff a ton of them in a single reply.

Putting them in forum sigs is good too.
