is scrapebox automatic mode effective?

The way I see it, every blog that scrapebox can comment on is worthless because its been spammed to death.

so is scrapebox automatic mode effective for SEO? If I harvest 10k blogs and start in the morning and shut if off at night, how many backlinks will I get? will these be worth anything?

not interested in its other features like pinging, harvesting blogs and manual commenitng, etc.
only want to know if automatic mode is good.

ok. what is the cheapest way to get scrapebox? It used to be $47 if you mentioned you are a bhw member or something, does that still stand?
