Program that reveals a website's adword keywords?

I was just wondering if there was a program out there that reveals all the keyword a website ranks for in organic listings and in ppc.
If you know a site, program or a way to do this feel free to post,

i've used both and they're very similar. its just a matter of whether you want to run a seperate app or in your browser.
dont know of any free services, that information is valuable, why would anyone give it away?
i think you can try spyfu for a day for relatively cheap.

oh ok great, ive seen some videos already on the affiliate elite program and im leaning towards that, do you know if the program runs on mac?
